New Product Brochures from Fidelity Life

Supported by extensive research and consumer testing, Fidelity Life has released a range of new product brochures that explain the benefits of its policies in a jargon-free way and prompt customers to contact a financial adviser.

The firm says the brochures uphold one of its strategic priorities of looking after the environment – the PDF documents are designed to be used digitally and will not be available to order in print form from the company. Brochures cover areas such as life, income protection, TPD and trauma cover.

The firm is also changing the way it communicates with customers. Customers who have given the firm their email address will receive a letter explaining the firm is shifting to email communications and provide an opportunity to opt out if they prefer to stay with post.

“As we shift existing policies to the new (Tahi) system some customers may receive a combination of post and email,” says Fidelity Life. “The look and feel and terminology within the documents will also be slightly different for the documents generated from Tahi.”
