Our latest poll is a repeat of one we first ran in February 2020 and asks if you are planning to outsource more back-office work to a third party company this year.
The responses so far are in the same ball park as two years ago, but appear to show that demand for third party office support has dipped, while more people aren’t sure if they require it.
In 2020, the final result was: yes (49%), no (39%), and not sure (11%).
So far in our current poll, which closes on 11 April, the responses are: yes (40%), no (40%), and not sure (20%).
