Advisers Prefer Face-to-Face Meetings

Three-quarters of advisers prefer to close business in person according to the results of RiskinfoNZ’s latest poll.

Our poll question followed a survey of the insurance buying behaviours of Millennials and Gen Zs that revealed that half prefer meeting their financial adviser face-to-face when it comes to buying policies.

According to our results, 75% of financial advisers prefer to meet clients in person, 16% are happy to keep it all online, and 9% of advisers indicated they don’t have a preference.
