When it comes to using social media less than 20% of those taking part in our poll are totally engaged in the medium.

Last week we sought to establish the extent to which financial advisers use social media to engage with clients. Of those who have so far responded, just 17% are actively building their social media presence.

Half (50%) have so far indicated they are not using it at all, while 33% believe social media platforms have their place in certain circumstances.
