AIA NZ is supporting customers who have been severely impacted by the floods in the Upper North Island with a one-month insurance premium waiver.
The firm’s Chief Distribution Officer Sharron Botica says customers who live or work in the Upper North Island, and who have been severely impacted by the floods, have until 28 February to request a premium waiver.
“Customers will remain covered and can still make claims during the relief period and advisers will continue to receive their ordinary renewal commissions on these policies,” she says.
Qualifying Policies are:
- AIA Risk and Health policies
- One of the following ASB policies:
- ASB Lifestyle Security Plan
- ASB Private Health
- ASB MyProtection
- ASB Easy Life and Living
- ASB FlexiLife
- ASB Absolute Health
- ASB MajorCare
Botica says customers who hold an ASB insurance policy that is not listed, may be able to apply for alternative support via ASB.
