Partners Life has launched the next stage of its online medical claims system, which began being rolled out in November last year.
“Our medical claims digital lodgement form has found huge favour with clients since going-live,” says the firm. “In January alone, an incredible 47% of our medical claims were successfully lodged online with us.”
The firm says the latest addition to its claims system will create even greater ease and efficiencies for adviser and clients – but says it may take a while for its claims team to get up to speed with the new system.
“Therefore, we’ll be very grateful for your patience if you or your clients experience any delays during this time,” says the firm.
“Rest assured we’ll be working as quickly as possible to get timely outcomes for clients. This includes continuing to triage any urgent prior approval requests.”
Partners Life says advisers can help by encouraging clients to lodge their medical claims via its digital lodgement form as soon as they are aware of their need to claim.
