Asteron Life has launched Asteron Life Connected Care, a service that offers its customers free access to advice and guidance from medical specialists, dieticians, and fitness experts.
The new package expands on the firm’s previous virtual medical care benefit, Best Doctors, and offers access to medical specialists, GPs for general questions, support for mental health conditions, and advice on navigating the New Zealand mental health system.
The additional offering is available free of charge to all new and existing Asteron Life customers with eligible disability insurance, trauma cover and cancer cover, as well as their partner, children, parents and parents-in-law. The service is provided in partnership with Teladoc Health, a virtual healthcare company.
Grant Willis, Executive General Manager of Asteron Life says all the advisers who work with the firm should register for the service themselves and contact their BDM with any questions.
