Insurance adviser and home loan firm NZHL has appointed former AIA staffer Craig Wagstaff as its new General Manager Franchise, Distribution, and Marketing.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Wagstaff previously worked as AIA’s Head of ASB Partnership. He will be based in Auckland and is to join NZHL on 1 May.
NZHL CEO Kip Hanna says Wagstaff was an essential part of the integration team bringing Sovereign and AIA together, and held roles such as Head of New Business Operations at Sovereign and Head of Health Operations at AIA.
“NZHL is focused on scaling the business and Craig was selected for his wealth of knowledge of the sector and expertise,” says Hanna.
“This role will join our leadership team and be responsible for the growth of the core NZHL business, our franchise network, and how we engage with our community.
