Client Meetings Poll Result

0

Sixty-six percent of those who took part in our latest poll agree they should meet their clients for an annual review.

Of the remainder, 26% indicated they needn’t hold a yearly meetings with clients and 8% weren’t sure one way or the other.

Our poll question (below) was prompted by industry training firm Strategi which says that while there is nothing requiring FAPs to have annual meetings with clients, they do need to ensure their previous advice is still fit for purpose.

To help achieve this, the firm recommends advisers meet with clients at least once a year to help keep everything on track – unless the client indicates otherwise.

This poll closes on Monday 10 July, so there is still time to cast your vote.

Do you agree that you should offer your clients a personal consultation at least once a year?

  • Yes (68%)
  • No (26%)
  • Not sure (7%)
