Strategi Group’s Executive Director David Greenslade says FAPs need a stronger focus on record keeping, and that client records should be able to be provided quickly when a request is made.
“Anyone in a FAP who is appropriately qualified to handle a client enquiry should be able to go into the file – hopefully electronic – and be up to speed on the client within minutes,” says Greenslade.
He says that if it takes more than a few minutes to produce a client’s file, then the CRM needs urgent attention.
