Fidelity Life has relaunched its Customer Engagement initiative to recognise advisers who deliver exceptional customer service.
Registrations for the 2024 initiative close on Friday 10 May, with the qualifying period being 1 April to 31 July 2024. Advisers will be assessed according to their customers’ engagement and satisfaction, as measured by the firm’s net promoter score ratings.
The 25 top advisers will be invited to share their best practice knowledge and insights at a forum in September.

Fidelity Life launched its first customer engagement initiative in 2020, but was put on hold due to Covid-related disruptions.
