Chubb Life NZ has announced the appointment of an experienced claims leader, Reeta Anthony, as its Head of Claims, effective immediately.
The insurer says Anthony joins it from Fidelity Life where she was Head of Claims.
She will report to Debbie Eyre, Chief Operating Officer at Chubb Life and will be responsible for the strategic delivery of the claims proposition for the insurer’s customers and advisers.
Eyre says that Anthony “…lives and breathes claims and is passionate about serving others. I look forward to working closely with her to drive a culture of innovation and further strengthen Chubb Life’s position as a leading provider of life insurance for New Zealanders.”
Anthony has over 25 years of financial services experience.
Chubb says she has a “…proven track record of delivering outstanding results and is committed to achieving positive outcomes for both the business, its customers and advisers.”
