Three New Zealand insurers have been named as finalists in ANZIIF’s New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards 2021.
AIA New Zealand, Asteron Life, and Fidelity Life are each in the running to win the award at a ceremony at Auckland’s Cordis hotel on 17 November.
Prue Willsford, CEO at The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, says: “The awards celebrate the incredible achievements from individuals and companies, and their contribution to raising the standard of professionalism for the insurance and financial services industry.”
Grant Willis, Head of Life, at Asteron Life says that during 2020 and 2021, the company worked hard to support customers and advisers who have faced disruption and hardship.
“New Zealand’s life insurance market continues to face significant change and we are proud to be a finalist for an award that recognises the work we’ve done to prepare both our company and advisers for the future, and to create great outcomes for our customers,” he says.
