Industry Training for New Advisers from Partners Life

0

Partners Life is holding a three-day online training course for advisers who have worked in the industry for less than 24 months.

The company’s new adviser course is free, run by industry leaders and is being held on February 21, 22 and 23.

“When a new adviser participates in the course it means they’ll be in the best position to educate clients about the types of interruptions to their life that they could encounter, and the financial impact these interruptions could have on their lifestyle,” says the firm.

“New advisers will be better positioned to discuss the types of products best suited for when things go wrong.”

Eligibility criteria include that your sub-adviser has had a meeting with the Adviser Distribution Manager/Adviser Distribution Consultant, has less than 24 months industry experience, and is registered on the Financial Services Provider Register.

The course includes a six-step advice process, product reviews, recording advice, the application process, a claims presentation, and a claims case study.

Registrations for the course need to be made by 4 February here and full details of the course are here (PDF).
