The future of the insurance sector is the subject of an FSC webinar being held on Tuesday 5 April.
The online event – Insurance 2022 – will review the rapid changes and transformation of the sector in New Zealand during the past few years.
Topics to be discussed by a panel that includes Fidelity Life’s CEO Melissa Cantell and Richard Taylor, CEO, Advanced Management Systems, include good customer outcomes, quality advice, systems & processes, and the increasing use of technology.
In addition COFI, FLSAA, and insurance law reform will form part of the conversation.
The FMA’s Clare Bolingford will lead the session with a presentation on the regulator’s outlook for the industry and then the FSC’s CEO Richard Klipin will lead the discussion with panelists that also includes David Chamberlain, Actuary, Melville Jessup Weaver.
