Resolution Life Australasia has appointed Graeme Edwards (pictured) as its General Manager New Zealand and Customer Experience Lead Australasia. He was previously with Southsure Assurance and was a Country Manager for AIA NZ.
Edwards will report to Paul Tarlinton, the firm’s recently-appointed Chief Customer and Operating Officer.
Megan Beer, CEO Resolution Life Australasia, says Edwards has a wealth of experience in financial services and a “…successful track record in developing high performance teams and creating strong customer centric cultures”.
Beers says: “These appointments will play an important part in the ongoing evolution of our customer offering and will set us up well as we pursue our ambition to be the leading in-force specialist life insurer in Australasia.”
