The Financial Services Council (FSC) is holding part three of its fortnightly Get In Shape series of webinars on Friday 26 June at 10am.
The organisation’s CEO Richard Klipin says the webinar’s panel will focus on how to ensure your business has robust and effective contracts with authorised bodies, advisers, suppliers and other staff.

And on Tuesday 30 June at 3.30pm customer service and complaints procedures will be the key topic of an FSC webinar.
Susan Taylor, CEO, Financial Services Complaints, will explore how Covid-19 has affected the financial services industry and outline what the sector can learn from the crisis.
Taylor’s presentation will be followed by a Q&A.
