Partners Life has moved its group insurance admin to the Sentro platform to improve its management of complex group and plan member billing.
Head of Affinity for Partners Life Alan Fletcher says the insurer wanted a system that delivers stability and efficiency, while also providing flexibility.
“This will benefit both our clients and adviser partners, as we can tailor group insurance solutions to fit their needs,” he says.
Sentro is a cloud-native platform that allows insurers to configure group insurance products and plans, and enables plan member self-service through an integrated member portal.
The insurer’s CEO Naomi Ballantyne says her team has been looking for a group administration platform that supports its aim of tailoring insurance products to client’s needs.
