AIA NZ has appointed Calvin Romeo to the role of Head of ASB Partnership, he took up his new role on 15 May. He has a Bachelor of Business from AUT, and a New Zealand certificate in financial services.
Romeo joined AIA more than five years ago and has worked across its marketing, product and Vitality, and distribution teams.
Previously, he was AIA NZ’s Strategy and Delivery Manager, supporting the firm’s distribution partners including ASB, and was Business Development Manager within AIA’s ASB bancassurance team.
AIA NZ Chief Partnership Distribution Officer Sharron Botica says Romeo will play an essential part in the firm connecting with, and supporting, the ASB team.
