Fidelity Life has appointed Giselle Baker as Head of Data and Analytics. She has 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector, and has returned to New Zealand after more than 20 years overseas.
Prior to joining Fidelity Life, Baker was Director, Data and Analytics at FTI Consulting, and Senior VP, Global Management Information and Data Analytics at Citigroup where she led the automation of the bank’s internal audit reporting systems and self-service analytics capability.
Fidelity Life’s CFO Simon Pennington says Baker’s experience in leading and developing advanced analytics and reporting for some of the world’s biggest consulting and financial services entities will be invaluable as the firm’s new data platform nears completion.
“Under Giselle’s leadership, our data and analytics team will deliver improved insights for the entire business,” says Pennington.
