Financial Advice NZ is holding a webinar on Wednesday 25 August at 10am to discuss the thorny issue of clawbacks.
The session will explore what’s acceptable, how to make sure disclosure is working for both the client and the adviser, and what dispute resolution service Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) considers to be fair.
Katrina Shanks, CEO Financial Advice NZ, says the webinar will provide a close look at recent cases dealt with by Susan Taylor, CEO of the FSCL. Taylor will reveal how recent cases have played out and discuss the learnings from them.
Taylor was appointed to head the FSCL in October 2010. She is a lawyer, a former Deputy Banking Ombudsman, and has more than 20 years’ experience in financial sector dispute resolution.
