Partners Life Adopt New Risk Claims System

It’s going to be a busy six weeks at Partners Life as its risk claims team bed in a new claims management system.

The company says the system will allow case managers to deliver a more straightforward and efficient ‘incident to outcome’ service for financial advisers and their clients.

“Our case managers will have a greater capacity to coordinate services and treatments, supported by better workflow automation,” says Partners Life.

“In addition, the system’s case segmentation matrix will help coordinate claim journeys related to their level of need. This built-in workflow management feature ensures the best possible client outcomes by providing real-time monitoring, facilitating better resource allocation or escalation response.”

The firm says the new system, introduced on Monday 11 April, will deliver a more consistent approach, improved payment control, quality assurance, and the best client outcomes.

“Regular upgrades and significant additional capabilities will maintain this system as a world-leading insurance tool,” it says.

Initially focused on risk claims, Partners Life says the upgrade represents the first stage of its claims transformation journey and is one of the most significant investments made by the firm since it opened its doors 11 years ago
