A webinar outlining the benefits of Financial Advice NZ’s professional indemnity insurance offer will be held on 22 June.
The organisation’s CEO Katrina Shanks says the presentation will help members understand where advisers’ advice liability resides as well as the significant changes the insurance programme has implemented for the 2022 renewal.
There are three parts to the programme:
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Management liability insurance
- Cyber risk liability insurance
Shanks says the webinar will provide details for each part of the programme, and Clinton Stanger of Curated Risk will discuss the income bands and levels of cover members of the programme currently carry.
Stanger has 22 years’ industry experience and has worked for some of New Zealand’s best performing insurers and brokers.
The webinar is free for Financial Advice NZ members and $50-plus GST for non-members.
