Are Clients Missing Out on Added Benefits to Their Policies?


When it comes to letting clients know of the added benefits their policies include, it seems less than half of financial advisers think to mention them.

In our current poll, which closes on Monday 9 August, we ask how often advisers draw clients’ attention to benefits such as those offered by Cigna, which include wellness advice, mental health counselling, budgeting services, and career counselling.

The results so far show that 38% mention them sometimes, 31% talk about them on a regular basis, and another 31% never mention them.
